How can you find your way when you cannot see where you are going? This week, Year 2 have been putting their communication skills to the test during collaborative challenges in PE. The objective was to develop trust by guiding a blindfolded partner towards coloured cones and then into matching coloured hoops. While the children initially led their partners by the hand, the difficulty increased when they progressed to using only their voices. This shift required the pupils to think critically about how to give clear, precise instructions to ensure their partner felt safe and successful. It was a fantastic session that showcased the children's growing empathy and their ability to lead others through calm, effective communication.
