Year 2's new art topic is "Exploring the World Through Monoprint," and our young artists have already made a stunning start. To find their inspiration, the children carefully watched a nature film, pausing at different moments to capture the wonders of the wild in their art.
Year 2 worked hard to develop the skill of observational drawing by practicing the "look and draw" technique, constantly glancing back and forth between the screen and their paper to make sure they were drawing accurately.
