The children had to work as a team to get the ball from one end of the hall to the other without it touching the floor. The children used a ball and hockey stick.
Year 6 PE Teamwork
The children worked together as a team to move the ball from one end of the hall to the other without letting it touch the floor. They used a ball and a hockey stick, demonstrating teamwork, coordination, and communication. This activity encouraged turn-taking, problem-solving, and spatial awareness as they navigated the space while keeping control of the ball. The children showed great focus and cooperation, supporting each other to achieve their goal.

This week Year 6 attended a webinar for children's mental health week. They learnt about knowing yourself, self esteem and how to maintain good mental health.
Year 6 and Reception Aim High Day
Year 6 and reception enjoyed learning from local businesses, lots of children had fun and left feeling inspired.
Drama Club Fun - Face Painting to Create Characters
In Drama Club we are creating our own characters for a play, so we learnt how to paint our faces to create different weird and wonderful characters! It was a lot of fun!
Year 6: English - Independent Write
Year 6 have completed a fantastic independent writing outcome, in response to Macbeth by William Shakespeare. We have really enjoyed this unit, and I've been impressed with the outcomes. L.O - To retell classic fiction.
