Today the children have been exploring length. We read the story Super worm and then using play dough we made our own Super-worms! 
The children had to place them in the correct order from longest to shortest. We then talked about how we could measure them, we selected some cubes from the maths shelf to work out how many cubes long they would be, with the children estimating first.
