This week, Year 1 had a brilliant time during our PE lesson, developing our teamwork and sportsmanship through exciting team games! We particularly loved playing "Scarecrow Tig," where we had to work together to unfreeze our friends. It was so much fun to see everyone running, laughing, and strategizing as a team. Did you know he was a super brave sailor who wanted to find a quicker way to reach a faraway place called "The Indies" to get yummy spices and silks? We joined him as he discovered why he ended up finding something even more incredible – the amazing lands of North and South America! We learned about how King Ferdinand of Spain gave him money for his adventure and some details about his journey.
